TOS Terms of Service

1. Personal & Streaming Usage Rights

You receive full personal rights to use your custom skin across all Minecraft servers, personal live streams, YouTube video content, and social media profile avatars.

2. Commercial Rights & Re-distribution

Commercial re-selling and distribution in paid asset packs requires prior written authorization and commercial licensing from hyo.ink.

3. Revisions & Editing Policy

Up to 2 minor revisions (color adjustments, slight pixel detail changes) are included free with every commission. Complete redesigns from scratch are treated as a new order tier.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom digital nature of handcrafted pixel artwork, refunds cannot be issued once initial concept drafting has begun.

FAQ Frequently Asked Questions

What is the delivery turnaround time?

Standard delivery time is 48 hours after your commission request and design details are confirmed via Discord or email. Complex block models or multiple skin variations take up to an additional 72 hours.

What skin format & model types do you support?

All skins are delivered as high-resolution 64x64 PNG texture files fully compatible with Minecraft Java Edition. Both Alex (3px slim arms) and Steve (4px classic arms) model types are supported.

How do payment and file delivery work?

After submitting your request, I will contact you on Discord (hyoink) or email ([email protected]) to confirm details and invoice via PayPal or Ko-fi. The final PNG skin file and other related files are delivered directly upon completion.

Can you edit an existing skin I already own?

Yes! Choose the Simple Recolor / Editing ($5) tier in the commission form and attach your existing PNG skin texture to the email/Discord.
